In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, our team at Blossm Social Media is hosting discussion with experts regarding social media and mental health. We have watched social media grow exponentially in the past couple of decades both in platforms as well as users. With the expansion of social media, more people now more than ever are wondering how this is and will continue to affect our personal relationships in the real world away from our screens. We are delighted to be joined by Madison Hardebeck, MSW, LSW for this discussion to shed light on how social media can affect our personal relationships as well as how we can navigate connecting with others online.

Madison earned her master's degree in Social Work from the Indiana University School of Social Work and has four years of experience working for Community Health Network, Gallahue behavioral health. Her previous experience as a School-Based Therapist and Life Skills Clinician led to her current role as an Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist. Madison specializes in various therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing with her clients ranging in age from 5-55.

As a social media agency, we know it is critical to have these conversations now more than ever.
